Executive Assistant to the Managing Director – Northern Europe Region – Coventry/ Warwick

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director – Northern Europe Region.
This is a fast-paced role supporting our Managing Director and requires extensive support experience. You will act as the bridge between customers, our GEO XCOM, key stakeholders, the team and the wider business. You will possess the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization and highly sophisticated business environments, requiring a high-level confidentiality and discretion and a proactive and motivated attitude.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and dynamic schedule
- Prepare the Managing Director for internal and external meetings, facilitate key meetings, and prepare presentations and relevant documents and reports
- Coordinate extensive European travel arrangements and expenses
- Collaborate across the organization with GEO XCOM team, internal stakeholders and external organisations, customers and C-suite
- Organise pan-GEO events relating to various offices across Northern Europe
- Report on, cascade and follow up on key information to the GEO XCOM teams and internal stakeholders
Qualifications/Experience
- Proven executive level support experience needed
- Confident communicator with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with event management experience
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to build relationships one-to-one and within teams, internal stakeholders and external organizations
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Understand key priorities and manage completion of multiple requests from different sources
- Proactive, problem-solving and decision making ability
