Executive Assistant to CEO Bath, England

Juice is delighted to be supporting a prominent professional services company based in Bath, in their search for an Executive Assistant.
In this role, you will be providing a high level of support working one-on-one with the CEO on a wide range of tasks involving their working life. This is a really exciting opportunity to enhance your skillset working in a progressive, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
You would be joining at an exciting time of growth and acquisition and the ability to adapt is key. This role will require periodical travel to Exeter & London. We would love to see someone who has previously worked for an SME or start-up organisation.
DAY TO DAY:
- Being the first point of contact handling all communications via phone and email
- Dealing with queries on behalf of the CEO in a professional manner
- Offering proactive solutions
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Taking meeting minutes
- Overseeing all travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements
- Conducting research and preparing reports & presentations for the CEO
- Liaising with other members of staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of CEO
- Other ad-hoc duties when requested
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Proven experience working as an EA, ideally for an SME or start-up organisation
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Good working knowledge of MS Office to include intermediate Excel
- Professional and personable communicator
- Fantastic organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines
- Proactive and positive 'can-do’ approach
