Juice is delighted to be supporting a prominent professional services company based in Bath, in their search for an Executive Assistant.

In this role, you will be providing a high level of support working one-on-one with the CEO on a wide range of tasks involving their working life. This is a really exciting opportunity to enhance your skillset working in a progressive, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

You would be joining at an exciting time of growth and acquisition and the ability to adapt is key. This role will require periodical travel to Exeter & London. We would love to see someone who has previously worked for an SME or start-up organisation.

DAY TO DAY:

• Being the first point of contact handling all communications via phone and email
• Dealing with queries on behalf of the CEO in a professional manner
• Offering proactive solutions
• Organising meetings and appointments
• Taking meeting minutes
• Overseeing all travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements
• Conducting research and preparing reports & presentations for the CEO
• Liaising with other members of staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of CEO
• Other ad-hoc duties when requested

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Proven experience working as an EA, ideally for an SME or start-up organisation
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Good working knowledge of MS Office to include intermediate Excel
• Professional and personable communicator
• Fantastic organisation and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines
• Proactive and positive 'can-do’ approach

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
