Key Responsibilities
- Diary management; inbox management, scheduling meetings, appointments and personal commitments
- Booking travel, hotels and taxis
- Creation of itineraries; daily and for upcoming events
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Liaising with the Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, Sales Director & other key team members
- Preparation for meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Answering calls and taking accurate detailed messages
- Proof reading documentation
- Maintaining filing systems
- Assist with Client contracts
- General Office Management
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Marketing
- Perform background research, analysis and reporting where requested by the CEO
- Organising market research and analyse responses
- Assist with website/brochure design and copywriting
- Assist with social media activities
- Assist with promotional activities
