Are you confident in providing professional and efficient customer sales and service? We are recruiting for a Customer Sales and Service Specialist to join our team in Newcastle!
Due to expansion we are looking for an individual who is confident and outgoing. The role of the Customer Sales and Service Specialist will be the first point of contact in resolution of customer and clients queries, requests, orders and complaints. Working 5 days a week, you will need to have some level of flexibility as shifts run 08:00 am – 19:00 pm, however, there will be evenings and weekend work too.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be fulfilling customer requirements, whether this be from making reservations, handling enquiries or checking all travel documents. There is an element of sales that comes along with the role which will involve matching and selling our products to customers with confidence or upselling appropriate products. Giving great customer service is at the heart of what we do, therefore we are looking for an individual who can send our customers on their journeys providing a polite and friendly face to face experience.
