Accounts Assistant
Location: Norwich
Hours: Full time however we will consider flexible working requests

An excellent opportunity has arisen to become a valued member of the Business and Private Central and South team.
The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of accounts and tax returns for companies, partnerships and sole traders. They will work closely with senior members of the team, delivering work to a high standard.
To be consider for this role you must have strong core technical skills and a desire to develop these further, in particular understanding of partnership and company accounts, and personal tax.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Part AAT qualified.
- Maths and English Language at GCSE (or equivalent).
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service to clients.
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- A good understanding of the tax issues faced by our clients.
- An understanding of cloud accountancy and QBO or Xero certifications.
- Assisting junior members of the team to develop knowledge and technical abilities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply to study the AAT qualification once passed the probation period.
