Job summary
We are STRATOS, an exciting London-based startup in the B2B tech space. Our mission is to build the world’s first Strategy Operating System, and to do so we are expanding our team rapidly. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager with a wealth of experience supporting senior leadership teams and managing day-to-day office operations. In this role you will sit at the heart of everything we do: you will support the leadership team with diary management and meeting coordination, ensure the smooth operation of our office and independently drive administrative projects supporting our growth.
Your responsibilities
- Manage an organised & safe office that is efficiently run and supports team productivity and engagement
- Manage and maintain senior management team diaries, coordinate travel arrangements and ensure the team are in the right place at the right time
- Manage the team calendar
- Support our management with presentations and reports
- Support marketing to achieve brand consistency across the company
- Support the leadership team in their growth agenda by owning internal projects as required
- Support any appropriate regulatory policies and processes – e.g. coordinate GDPR compliance
- Support our hiring processes – e.g. advertising vacancies
- Support payroll and finance processes – e.g. invoicing, payroll
What’s important to us
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An excellent degree of proactivity, organisation skills and ownership, allowing you to independently manage multiple priorities at once
- A hands-on, “let’s get it done” attitude where no task is too small or too big
- Great communication skills both verbally and in writing with people at all levels both internally and externally, confidently acting as the founders’ right hand wo/man
- The ability to think on your feet, deal with ad-hoc requests and anticipate issues that may arise ahead of time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
