WW Last Mile are looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organisation. We are looking for someone to support the Director of our EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) teams at our head office in London.

The DSP Organisation is responsible for leading the growing network of Delivery Partners that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service across Europe, building and implementing product, program, and tech solutions that improve the experience for both delivery Business Owners and Drivers. The team reports into the WW Last Mile Product teams in Seattle, but also works directly with operational leadership across Europe, and as a result this role has high exposure to a number of different parts of Amazon.

You will report to the Director of EU DSP and in addition to calendar and travel management, will be responsible for leading the planning and organising of events of all sizes, playing a large part in building a world class team environment for >300 people in Europe.
