An opportunity has arisen to join the small and friendly team working on the beautiful, family owned & managed Iford Manor Estate, just outside of Bath. A diversified rural estate within the Cotswolds AONB, Iford is particularly well known for its Grade 1 listed gardens and fine-dining restaurant.
This role will be to directly support one of the Partners. This is a new role as the business at Iford is growing quickly so it is an exciting time to join a growing team, playing a crucial role in supporting the development of the visitor experience across the estate.
There is an element of data entry required as part of this role so the ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail.
Flexible hours and part-time considered.
The Role
- · Supporting the Partner, as required, including e-mail, diary and travel management;
- · Provision of general secretarial support, including preparation of correspondence, filing etc;
- · Triaging general queries received by phone and e-mail;
- · Assisting the delivery of the marketing and PR strategy alongside the partners;
- · Assistance as required for other estate activities, including special events, filming etc;
- · Taking detailed minutes of meetings and circulating them; and
- · Ability to undertake bookkeeping on Quickbooks (full training will be given).

- · Highly organised, proactive and personable individual;
- · Flexible approach to duties undertaken;
- · Ability to work pro-actively, prioritise and multi-task;
- · Experience in supporting executives is preferred but we will consider less experienced candidates if appropriate for the role;
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- · First class attention to detail;
- · Ability to work with a limited amount of supervision;
- · Confident using MS Office products, including Publisher;
- · Systematic and cheerful approach with a ‘can do’ attitude; and
- · Interest in heritage and nature (preferred).
Salary: £24k - £28kpa DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered)
