What you’ll do:
Day-to-day support: Provide comprehensive support to the VP of Commercial, including managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence. Your proactive approach will ensure optimal time management and productivity.
Planning and coordination: Take charge of planning and organizing various business activities, including team meetings, conferences, and events. Your attention to detail will shine as you handle logistics, from venue selection to catering and travel arrangements.
WeWork space management: Make our WeWork space in London a hub of efficiency and inspiration. Liaise with WeWork staff, ensuring our office is maintained and equipped to meet the needs of our VP of Commercial and teams.
Event organization within the UK: Plan, coordinate, and execute sales-related events and conferences within the UK. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create impactful experiences, from venue selection to attendee registration.
Business cadence: Analyze and synthesize business reports, extracting key insights and trends. Prepare concise summaries and presentations that drive strategic decision-making for the VP of Commercial.
Executive and operational assistance: Provide high-level administrative support, from document preparation and proofreading, to drafting communications and managing deadlines with finesse.

Expertise you’ll bring:
Experience: Bring 3-5 years of an executive assistant or similar role experience, ideally within a scale-up environment. Previous experience supporting sales teams and organizing events is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and analytical skills: Excel at managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. Your knack for analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies will make a real impact.
Event coordination: A proven track record of planning and coordinating events, from conception to flawless execution. Familiarity with event logistics, vendor management, and attendee coordination is a definite plus.
