The Team
The Executive Support Office (ESO) is a small, friendly and vibrant team of professional administrators who collectively support four members of the Executive Board.
Required Skills and Experience
You will be an experienced administrator who can deliver consistently high quality professional and confidential support at senior management level. You will have a professional approach and be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills, an ability to problem solve, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively within a team to pro-actively resolve issues. You will have strong organisational skills. The ESO work with colleagues across the University dealing with people at all levels, therefore the ability to develop and manage good relationships, and provide a point of contact for enquiries to be dealt with quickly, efficiently and confidentially is essential.
