Job description
We are looking for an
Executive Assistant
Location: London Reporting to: EA to the CEO and CFO
Hybrid Working, Two days per week in our London office based in Soho Square.
The role
In this role, you will work closely with the EA to the CEO and CFO, supporting the wider Senior Leadership team with diary management, prioritising and responding to emails, organising documents and working independently on different projects. This role will offer a variety of work to be involved in, where you will be able to contribute with your great organisational skills and enjoy working collaboratively alongside your colleagues.
A typical week in the role might involve
- Diary management – scheduling and updating meetings
- Ensuring emails and calls are prioritised and responded to efficiently
- Providing required support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regular external contacts
- Preparations of documents
- Coordinating Team events
- Other ad hoc travel arrangements and administration support
We’re looking for someone who
- Has experience providing confidential and proactive support at director level
- Will provide accurate, relevant, and timely responses to correspondence
- Proactively, can manage diary appointments and preparations of required documents
- Enjoys talking with people and providing practical solutions
- Rapid problem solver on practical matters
