Executive Assistant with Project Management experience
Our business is growing quickly and the Chairman needs executive support to make the most out of opportunities and possibilities. This is no ordinary Executive Assistant role; you will be operating at the heart of the business, influencing and driving the agenda. Excellent administrative skills are a given, and you will be an accomplished business planner with solid Project Management experience including controlling finances and budgets. You will need to be highly organised yet dynamic, flexible and friendly to thrive in the team at Real English Drinks Group. Through excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and high levels of initiative you will develop, coordinate and contribute to the next phase of our growth.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:
- First point of contact for the Chairman.
- Provide a highly efficient administrative service to the Chairman including diary management, travel planning and stakeholder liaison.
- Responsible for preparing documentation and information packs to a professional standard.
- Accountability for projects and events including managing budgets.
- Management of business meetings from planning to delivery, review and follow-up.
- Experience of business capacity planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, leadership team and colleagues.
- Accomplished user of Microsoft Office with skills to support others with IT solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
