PageGroup are recruiting a varied Executive Assistant position on behalf of a financial services business. This is a permanent role based at their Leeds City Centre office.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting an executive team of 3
- Diary management and booking meetings
- Taking and responding to calls and emails
- Providing a range of administrative support to the wider team
- Managing all events
- Document preparation
- Preparing meeting minutes
- General office and supplier management
- Performing other relevant duties where required
