To provide high level secretarial and general support to assist Shareholders, Directors and Trust Admin teams (as necessary) including diary management. Building of powerpoint presentations, collating business expenses etc. Drafting of Agendas, circulation of Minutes and Action Points.
- First class secretarial and drafting skills with proficiencies in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of Viewpoint would be an advantage but is not essential.
- A can do attitude
