Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Provides administrative support for business travel, meetings and events and runs the executive calendar appointments and schedule
- Responsible for the administration of the executives expenses each month
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions and meetings of executive staff and outside individuals
- Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Builds relationships and high-level contacts of a sensitive nature both within and outside the organisation

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft outlook calendar, Microsoft Teams,
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience required:
- Experience of working as an assistant or similar administrative role
Experience dealing with clients, vendors and senior executives
