The Director of Communications provides the leadership for developing and maintaining the identity of the organisation and the messages we send out. The People Director provides the leadership that ensures we create a culture where all our people feel valued for the individual they are and for the contribution they make.
This role is key to ensuring that these directors are able to adequately fulfil their responsibilities. It also supports the wider senior management teams and directorates as needed to ensure administrative and business processes are in place to maximise the effectiveness of the directorate on a day to day basis.
