Executive Assistant to Senior Executives

MPL is a leading Insur-Tech claims management TPA providing class leading software and associated services to the UK insurance market.

What is Expected of the Executive Assistant?

You will provide comprehensive support to the MD, COO and CCO, performing a range of duties to enable them to be effective in their roles by reducing administrative workloads and creating efficiencies.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Arranging appointments, meetings, travel as well as general day to day diary management.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with others to ensure all information given is accurate.
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and general day to day documents required by the team.
  • Meeting room maintenance - tidying, setting up etc.
  • Attending meetings, presenting information, and supporting with projects and events.
  • Minute taking.

Candidate Criteria

  • Previous experience as an EA or Senior PA is necessary.
  • A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
  • Must have excellent communication skills as communication with the management team, internal and external customers is a key part of the role.
  • The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
  • An element of business support knowledge would be key. This could be in the form of producing spreadsheets, reports etc.

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year

Schedule:
