The role:
In this role as an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Executive Committee at MAG including the CEO. Day to day you will organise diaries, book travel, take minutes, process expenses, look after ad hoc project management and manage inbox’s, ensuring you communicate urgent and time sensitive actions directly. Previous experience of using Diligent Board to create books, proof documents and submit evaluations is essential as part of this role.
You:
To be successful, you will be resilient and flexible with excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will have proven experience of working in a similar role with senior stakeholders. You will have experience in using Diligent Board and working with sensitive information. You will also be a collaborative and motivated team worker with the ability to work and deliver at pace.
