We’re a (rapidly) growing team of Digital Marketers managing a range of small to medium-sized clients. It’s a fast-paced and exciting environment where no 2 days are the same.
As a successful Video Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on the job while creating and producing compelling content for our brand and personal brands!
The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation and knowledge of video editing (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro). You should be creative, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and design captivating video and image content for various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Transform raw footage into compelling content through the use of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their brand and objectives and create relevant content strategies that align with their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on Social Media, and integrate them into your content creation process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Analyse and report on the performance of your video content, including engagement, reach, and conversions
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuously optimise content to maximise performance.
- Ensure processes are followed, and any barriers and issues are calmly resolved & ensure all tasks are delivered to schedule and budget.
- Where appropriate and with support, step up to take responsibility for running key meetings on a day-to-day basis, both internal and external.
- Ensure all projects are delivered to schedule and budget, ensuring profitability on your accounts, including time management.

Here’s what you need to impress us;
- Proven experience in creating successful social media videos that have achieved high levels of engagement, reach, and conversions
- A deep understanding of the TikTok/Instagram platform, including its algorithm, trends, and features
- Strong video production skills, including shooting, editing, and post-production
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for digital storytelling
- Comfortable working as part of a team and collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a small portfolio of clients
- A very high standard of written and spoken English
- A proactive, can-do attitude
