Summary

The main purpose of the employment is to support the central technical functions with all aspects of administration. This will include, Industrial Performance (IP), Central Engineering and, Core Research and Development (CRD), based in UK.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Technical reports
• Safety Statistics - backup
• Sustainability support – backup
• Monthly manufacturing reports
• Group travel arrangements
• Network work meeting support and arrangement
• General office management – procurement of office supplies
• Workwear purchasing, including PPE.
• Expenses
• Key collaborators (internal and external)
• KPI’s (min 3 and max 5)

Knowledge, Experience & Attributes

• Languages: Fluent English; other languages would be considered an asset.
• Good IT skills – specifically Microsoft office
• Capable of writing reports in all applications.
• SAP knowledge is essential, specifically running daily and monthly reports and placing orders.
• Tableau and OSIPI would be an asset, but not essential.
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Tact and diplomacy
