Job description

We’re looking for a Operations Director, based in our warehouse in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day Operations across the UK. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will manage and represent the operation in full.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing Operational strategies that support the company’s future growth plans
• Managing the operations team, ensuring KPIs are met
• Taking control of our supply chain logistics
• Manage initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings
• Continually identify, qualify and track key business risks and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans assigning appropriate resources, and constantly communicating status
• Lead key business projects and work with relevant key stakeholders to manage project delivery
• Motivate, inspire and lead from the front all staff members within operations

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years experience within operations management
• Possess excellent leadership qualities with a track record of managing teams successfully
• Be a proven strong communicator able to make decisions
• A ‘growth mindset’ – hand-raising, listens to and incorporates feedback, keen to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Operations management: 5 years (preferred)
