Executive Assistant required to support one of our NHS clients. This role is working at Senior Level. Providing a comprehensive secretarial service. As an experienced Executive Assistant you will also have a flair for project management type work. You will be extremely organised and used to working in a busy and demanding role. Executive Assistants support to the board of directors and senior management with a range of duties
About The Role:
This role is an on- going temporary role, working full time hours, paying between £11.00 – £13.00 per hour dependant on experience. Working at senior level providing a range of secretarial duties, minuting meetings, diary management, organsing events, travel and accomodation. Collating information to provide statistics using excel. Managing the work flow of the email box, dealing with queries and being the first point of contact for telephone calls. Organsing meetings, gathering information, topping and tailing of documents, providng draft briefings.
Working with confidential and sensative information, working to high standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
Executive assistant experience
Senior secretarial experience
Broad range of administration skills
Project mangement experience
Strong organisational ability
IT savvy, fully expereinced in using MSoffice, word, excel, powerpoint
