Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7ER

HFD Group have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to CEO to join our Head Office team based at our new offices at 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring accuracy and proactively anticipating changes.
  • Prepare and edit reports and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Improve operations and processes, finding ways to add value and increase productivity.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism.
  • Ensure all actions are logged, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Undertake administrative duties as required.
  • Manage the CEO’s email at all times and delegate emails to the team where appropriate ensuring they are tracked to completion.
  • Plan, co-ordinate corporate events fundraising dinners, internal lunches/dinners and sporting events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Resilient with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to show initiative.
