Health Spaces are looking for a Sales Executive Assistant to join our Sales team. This role will be successful in its delivery with regular attendance to our office in Peterborough.

What do we do?

Health Spaces has been developed to offer clinical accommodation and treatment spaces which meet the exacting requirements of infection control and patient/staff flow, with the aim to deliver better healthcare faster.

What are we looking for in this position?

The Sales Executive Assistant is an integral role in the sales team and they are responsible for supporting the business development team to function as efficiently and effectively as possible by managing diaries, correspondence & CRM, as well as supporting in client research, appointment preparation and follow up.

What will you do?

  • Co-ordinate and manage the diary and appointments schedule of the Business Development Team
  • Support the Client Directors with correspondence when travelling.
  • To be the ‘team champion’ for the CRM system, ensuring all key client interactions are recorded, records are up to date, and opportunities are live.
  • Manage the accuracy and live updates in our win plans based on client correspondence.
  • Thoroughly research clients and opportunities to support the BD team in creating highly-relevant, pitches and proposals
  • Support in the creation of proposals and presentation resources, using templates to ensure all client-facing materials are on-brand.
  • Ensure all client meetings are well-prepared for, including printouts and resources.
  • To be the ‘team champion’ for follow up actions, ensuring all key sales activities are logged and follow through to completion.
  • Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the ‘overview and context of the organisation’ document.

What will you need to have and do?

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • A passionate interest in the healthcare / hospital sector and/or in construction project management would be beneifical
  • Excellent IT Skills including, MS Office and in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Dynamics
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and confidence in making phone calls to suppliers/customers/colleagues
  • Confident and decisive in judgement
  • A drive for time bound completion of tasks
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others to complete tasks
  • Highly organised individual with a methodical working style
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to managing tasks and workload
