If so an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our team working for the Executive Directors of Essentia Group.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational abilities vital in balancing competing priorities, be flexible, focused, and resilient and be able to build relationships quickly. This is a highly demanding role supporting the Chief Executive of Essentia Group and his senior team across a broad range of functions therefore the ability to multi-task is essential.
The successful candidate will have significant experience as an Executive Assistant within the NHS or similar organisation, with excellent secretarial skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and prioritisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team and on your own initiative. You will be based at Essentia’s office in Great Dover Street and you will need to take part in cross-cover arrangements as required.
The key responsibilities will include carrying out a range of administrative and executive assistant duties, diary management, development and maintenance of electronic filing systems, forward planning, support in formatting reports, and agendas, minute taking at formal meetings, and the organisation of meetings and events. You must be self-motivated, able to organise your workload and demonstrate good time management skills.
