About Guild Capital

Guild Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm. We typically back founders in the US, UK, and India as their first institutional investor. Our aim is to become the trusted partner of our portfolio companies by actively supporting them in developing high-growth strategies, architecting high-performance teams, and raising capital for future growth. Guild has delivered industry-leading returns over the last decade and plans to ramp up investments going forward.

The Executive Assistant Role and Responsibilities

Working in Glasgow, the Executive Assistant will be a crucial member of the Guild Capital senior team, leading a global administrative support team and supporting 3-5 executives as Guild’s primary executive assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide a broad range of administrative and logistical support to Guild's executives by liaising with portfolio companies, investors, and other third-party stakeholders.
