Due to the expansion of our brand new Day Surgery Centre, which is due to open in the coming months, we are seeking a number of Administrators to help support a newly created clinical administration team in working with our clinical colleagues and wider admin teams to support the bookings of our theatre lists. The newly built day surgery unit will be a state of the art Centre of Excellence, delivering fantastic care for our patients.
This particular advert is for a later shift part time hours
Up to 15 hours per week - Shifts can be from 3pm or 4pm until 7pm - Number of shifts can be negotiated and discussed at interview
You will be responsible for ensuring our reception desk is covered and welcoming and departing our patients while supporting our senior administrators with other admin duties.

Although previous administration experience would be great, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Extensive training will be provided for the successful candidates.
Our Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway.
- Reception duties, welcoming patients to the day surgery
- Tracking patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- To manage the day to day patient flow in our new day surgery unit including reception desks and supporting patients
- To support senior administrators with their bookings of theatre lists, including contact patients via telephone
