Purpose of the role
The main areas of responsibility for this role are quality, output, spoilage controls, health and safety and housekeeping.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a desire to achieve results, be able to prioritise and ability to work as part of a team.
Key task responsibilities of the role include:
- To operate Baler, Palletiser & Re-Work Palletiser.
- Carry out line Quality checks.
- Print pallet tickets.
- Assist with basic Strapper jams, restart etc.
- Fork-Lift Truck operation.
- Outgoing inspections.
- Adhere to the 6S / Wrexham housekeeping organisational system.
- Awareness of Efficiency and Spoilage targets.
- Working to Company/Plant Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in job rotation and flexibility across the shift.
- Line clearances.
- Self motivated.
- Pro active approach.
Education Level :
GCSE’s or equivalent
FLT License desirable
Experience of working in a fast-paced, high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills

£42,987.79 per annum (inc shift allowance)
Continous shift pattern, 12 hour shifts
4 on, 4 off (2 x days, 2 x nights)
5 x 18 day breaks built into the shift pattern
