Job Title Executive Assistant
Reports to General Manager
Location Fujifilm UK Limited head office
Department/Division Medical Systems
Overall Purpose This is a role to support the General Manager (GM) in accelerating growth within the business through supporting strategic initiatives, driving actions, assisting with new product introduction and assisting with initiatives to drive growth of existing products. The role is also responsible for maximising the GM’s efficiency through diary management and performance of the GM’s administrative tasks.

B. Key responsibilities
● Organising, documenting and driving actions as directed by the GM such as:
o Senior Management Team meetings
o Senior Management Strategy meetings
o General Business Development activities in support of Business Acceleration
● Performing general administrative tasks on behalf of the GM such as:
o Expenses
o Mileage recording
o Travel bookings
o Diary Management
o Email and postal screening and triage
● Owning and managing other general tasks as directed by the GM such as:
o Senior Management Team content and agendas
▪ Talent Management activity
▪ Budget planning cycles
▪ Roll down of strategy to Leadership Team meetings
o Project management and or ownership of specific tasks
▪ New product introduction
▪ Distributor communications
o Tasks relating to the general well being and motivation of the Medical Systems team
▪ Appraisal tracking
▪ Employee survey
▪ General employee well being monitoring and feedback to GM
▪ Take a leader to work activity
▪ General Manager lunches

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00 per year
