We have an exciting opportunity to join our Online Suport Team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive in supporting our online clients journey protecting their families. You will be given the necessary training and resources to do this but will also need to think outside of the box and use your initiative to get the right cover in place for each family.

We would like you to be able to demonstrate how you will help guide our clients to get them from unprotected to protected in a seamless way.

With a big daily case load, it is vital that you can manage your time, follow ups, and team goals across a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. Having an innovative way of working and approaching any challenges will ensure you grow into the role and become a vital part of the team.

In this role you will need to have courageous conversations with sensitivity and care, this will be a learning curve and comes with experience. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who can handle objections while also having an open mind, being brave to ask the right questions when handling clients sensitive information.

You’ll need to check new entries to see how far the family has got in the journey, this can be anywhere from 100-200 enquiries a day. On top of this you’ll have your own diary to manage and support those families that have completed their application to gather evidence on their journey to being protected. With that in mind we need someone who’s happy to pick up the phone and chat to our clients in a human and friendly way.
