We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident, enthusiastic and committed to the future growth and sustainability of the charity. The role is a fixed term contract, part time and home-based with occasional travel.
EmployabilityUK is a registered charity regulated by the Charity Commission. Its mission is to provide an employer engagement solution to schools and colleges, bringing business and education together to enhance the aspirations, opportunities and career prospects of enthusiastic young people.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Senior Management team in the day to day operation of the charity.
We would like a proactive individual with impeccable attention to detail and a keen interest in the sector. In return, the person taking on the role will have a great opportunity to join a growing charity concerned with identifying the hidden potential in young people. They will have a key role to help position the charity as a leader in the approach to delivering innovative, inclusive and inspirational employability skills to young people.
Key responsibilities
· Providing admin and PA support to the CEO
· Support with finance and invoicing
· Responsible for social media
. Arranging travel/hospitality as required
· Setting up and servicing meetings including minutes and action logs
· Managing a volunteers database and organising training/induction
· Some business development and marketing support
Essential knowledge and skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Strong, efficient organisation skills
· Proficient IT/Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
· Ability to learn to use database Salesforce
· Ability to plan and prioritise effectively when carrying out multiple simultaneous projects
· Understanding of GDPR and data protection
