Support Warehouse is part of the Annuity Management Group, with 2023 group turnover expected to exceed £100 million. Our UK-based business has started on a transformational growth strategy looking to grow and exceed revenues by 60%+ over the next 3 years and improve bottom line profitability. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead this turnaround project and will be a key member of the senior leadership team contributing to the company’s overall strategy and vision.
If you are looking for a new challenge then this is a great opportunity for you to develop and improve your procurement strategy and with it comes responsibility for managing a £20 million procurement budget. Key responsibilities for the role are:
- Lead and manage the procurement and sales administration teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes and procedures are standardised and optimised across the organization.
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on procurement and sales administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing operations in all departments.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our global suppliers and ensure a seamless operational experience.
- Contribute to the company’s overall strategy and vision, working closely with the executive team to ensure that operations are aligned with long-term goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrate you have transformation experience in terms of systems and improvements.
- BA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on Procurement and Sales Administration.
- Background in IT Distribution, call centre or B2B would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to contribute to the development of a company’s overall strategy and vision.
