An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Executive Assistant to join the dynamic Executive Support Office in the Trust Headquarters for East Cheshire NHS Trust.
You will work as part of a vibrant and welcoming team of Executive Assistants to provide a first-class administrative service to the trust’s Executive Directors and Board members.
You will have excellent organisational skills, feel confident to prioritise your workload, be able to manage complex diaries and have experience of working at board level within an NHS organisation, including the facilitation and minuting of board meetings.

37.5 Hours per week
The post holder will provide a first-class, efficient and effective Executive Assistant service to members of the Trust Board and be responsible for ensuring proactive and professional service delivery.
The post holder will have delegated authority and responsibility to act independently and handle and deliver decisions and actions.
The post holder will be expected to organise their workload and coordinate their activities to ensure that an efficient service is provided.
The post holder will be capable of the full administrative function of the team, being able to step in to fill gaps when required to do so; It is essential that the post holder can exercise initiative suitable to the role and is fully supportive of other colleagues in the Executive Support Team.
