With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO and Education Improvement Team, provide support as directed to ensure that the Trusts objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. Oversee the Trust calendar, leading the communication of these events and the associated administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist and facilitate with Executive projects and deliver a full range of Executive Assistant support to the CEO and Education Improvement Team.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders and external partners on executive communication matters.
- Ensure events and meetings are organised efficiently in appropriate venues with hospitality and ICT facilities as required.
- Ensure the annual calendar for the trust and the academies is appropriately coordinated and to oversee internal communications.
- Provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the CEO and Education Improvement Team, as required.
- To support the CEO and Education Improvement Team through setting up of regular executive meetings, minute taking, set of MS teams meetings, logging of actions required, and ensuring these are followed up.
- To assemble and prepare papers required, to attend meetings, prepare reports, or reply to requests for information.

This role will be based remotely but requires travel into the schools as necessary.
