We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide confidential executive and business support to the work and office of the Chief Executive Officer to support their responsibilities across the Confetti Media Group (CMG).
In the role you will:
- Provide high level executive support to the CEO on activities relating to Confetti Media Group (CMG)
- Provide a confidential administrative service for the CEO and a professional interface between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide an effective and efficient secretariat service to relevant committees related to the work of the CEO
- Undertake research on projects, areas of work or individuals to assist the CEO in preparation for meetings or to support proposals/business cases
You will bring:
- Experience of supporting a senior executive with their administrative and business needs
- Proven administration experience (including writing professional emails, minute taking and proof reading)
- Ability to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of producing professional presentations and business reports
