Bunasta Group is a major customs service provider in Europe currently operating hubs in five countries and providing services for transport companies all over Europe and Eastern countries.
Bunasta is expanding their operations to the United Kingdom and is looking for an active, responsible colleague to take a position of Customer Service Representative based in Ashford, Waterbrook Park.
Your responsibilities include:
· Taking customers’ orders for customs declarations (live, via e-mail and other apps);
· Keeping track if the orders are promptly completed;
· Registration of orders in Bunasta database;
· Consultations and problem solving for customers live, via e-mail and phone;
· Issuing invoices and keeping track on payments;
· Cooperation with other Bunasta colleagues.
We expect you to be:
· Fluent in Russian (both speaking and writing)
· Able to work with computer (MS Office, Excel, and you will be instructed on our own programs);
· Responsible, active, outgoing and positive person willing to quickly respond to customers’ needs;
· Able to work on rolling schedule;
· Able to work in Ashford, Waterbrook Park.
· We consider an advantage if you have prior experience with customs documents.
