Executive Assistant - Chief Human Resource Officer
London – hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.

Acting as the ‘control centre’ this is an all-encompassing support position working both autonomously and as part of a team managing an extensive and wide range of secretarial, admin and confidential support activities to C- suite executive committee members (Exco).
With a talent for proactively anticipating the needs of Exco members, the EA will seek out ways to add value at every opportunity in providing proactive and efficient specialist services.
Independently taking responsibility for managing the administration of the office and optimising the ExCo member's time, improving and managing workflow and productivity to align with business priorities and outcomes. Demonstrating excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
The EA will plan and manage a varied and high-volume workload demonstrating excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail; be responsible for diary, travel and inbox management; be able to prepare correspondence, documents, reports and presentations; maintain and deliver full team meeting governance; advance plan and prepare for upcoming meetings and engagements; independently work on special projects and champion networks and initiatives.
With a “can do” enthusiastic attitude and a high degree of resilience, tact and diplomacy the EA will be flexible and self-motivated.

What will the role involve as our Executive Advisor?
- First port of call for all queries to the CHRO office, ensuring timeline and appropriate resolution.
- CHRO diary manager, accountable for strategically managing and aligning the diary by exercising judgement and decision-making, filtering, prioritising and delegating requests and solving conflicts.
- Coordinate requirements for any Board Governance meetings, including ensuring the CHRO has time on the agenda where needed and actions are appropriately actioned.
- Integrating and synchronising personal commitments and actively seeking these out for the full year to ensure no overlap with Executive and/or Board commitments.
- Leads a regular meeting with the HR PA community, for social, wellbeing, collaboration and sharing of best practices.

- Expert in O365/IT proficiency – able to understand and become an expert across digital apps and innovative technologies.
