Job Title: Executive Assistant
Summary:
An exciting opportunity to a join a successful company in the leisure and hospitality sector which owns and operates family entertainment centres in the UK. With 175 full and part-time staff we have a group annual turnover exceeding £8 million and growing rapidly. We are looking for an enterprising candidate to anchor the administrative aspects of our existing operations while playing a pivotal supporting role in our future plans.
Being a newly created position, the successful candidate will utilise their existing HR and administration skills while looking to hone new ones working on ad hoc projects and other key business areas.
Working closely with the Group CEO and the Senior Management team, you will be involved in various operational and financial matters. You may also get involved at site level at any of our six high-profile sites which are located in the North, South and East of England.

- Is this a full-on and committed role? Yes.
- Something that you can do on a hybrid basis? No.
- Fixed Hours during any one week? No, but it’s a full-time role and may take more of your time on some days and less on others.
- Travelling? From time to time but mainly focused at the Wokingham head office.
- Every single weekend off? Unlikely.
You’ll be articulate, reasonably numerate and, above all, administratively accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative aspects
- Provide HR expertise and assistance to the site Management
- Strict monitoring of the centre compliance and site reporting
- Handle correspondence and maintain files
- Secure service contracts and help negotiate pricing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
