Examination Invigilator
Salary: £27.90 per session/£35 if session lasts 3.5 hours or more
Hours: Various from 8.30am to 3.30pm, during exam periods
Contract: 0 hour
3 new invigilators required
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Campus invigilator.
The duties include:
- Set up the exam rooms
- Supervise examinations
- Ensure that the examinations for which responsibility are assigned are carried out in accordance with specified instructions
- Report to the Exams Officer any anomalies during examinations
- Responsible for the accurate recording of candidate attendance on attendance registers where appropriate
- To attend training, update or review sessions as required
- To undertake, where required and where able, other duties requested by the exams officer, for example:
supervision of clash candidates between exam sessions
facilitating access arrangements for candidates, for example as a reader, scribe etc. (full training will be provided)
- Other exams-related administrative tasks
- To perform such other duties as may be requested from time to time, commensurate with the role
- Uphold and promulgate the OneSchool Global UK ethos within all areas of responsibility

- Comply with and support the implementation of all School and OSG UK policies
- To adhere to Health & Safety Policies and ensure all tasks are carried out with due regard to Health and Safety
