The Role
In a fast-growing, constantly moving, business making sure our vendors and suppliers are happy is crucial. As Dojo evolves and transforms, so does the Finance team. While our products make receiving payments effortless for our customers, our finance team ensure our vendors and suppliers get the same treatment. As the finance team moves towards their vision of a fully automated world, the Accounts Payable Associate will play a critical role in continuously improving the Accounts Payable product.
What you will do...
- Daily monitoring of three key AP mailboxes, ensuring to answer queries within set timeframes.
- Ensuring efficient and effective high-volume multi-currency invoice processing.
- Preparing accurately multiple daily payment runs in different currencies.
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Reviewing expenses ensuring they follow the guidelines.
- Providing information and data to enable a smooth month end close
- Supporting the wider finance function
- Work with a continued improvement focus at all times.
- Be the representative for the AP team in other projects within the business.
What you will bring...
- Competent in all areas of the Accounts Payable process
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building payment controls and automating processes
- Demonstrable excel skills. You will be comfortable working with large spreadsheets and data sets.
- Passion and self- motivation, you’ll be a strong team player.
- Willingness to work within a fast paced, scaling business.
