Job description
Timetabling: scheduling examination papers from the entry statistics taking into account specific regulations noted in the Examination Regulations. Publishing timetables to relevant stakeholders.
Examination Papers: processing live examination papers in time for Examinations, and liaising on printing and scanning requirements. Ensuring timely and accurate upload of past examination papers to online repository.
Invigilation: recruiting, training and booking Invigilators on a yearly basis, to ensure that all examinations have the required number of Invigilators to support exam operations.
Alternative Arrangements: maintaining records, arranging examination materials/equipment for candidates with extra requirements, including laying up rooms and dealing with emergency cases. Processing applications in line with agreed criteria.
Script Management: Ensuring that completed examination scripts are processes promptly and accurately, ready for collection or sending to Examiners, and are appropriately archived once marked and complete.
Examination Materials: Maintaining an inventory of examinations materials, ordering replacements, and ensuring that materials are organised in time for examinations.
