Protocol Education are working with a college located in Walthamstow who are seeking to appoint an Exam Officer to join their team in January 2023.
The post holder must have experience of administering or managing exams in an educational context.
You will be responsible for managing the administration of all the internal and external examinations within the school as well as liaising with staff, students, parents/guardians, and other educational organisations.
Organization and efficiency are top skills required for this role as you will be responsible for arranging exam schedules and monitoring the performance during this time.
Ofsted rated this college as Good in 2018 due to their strong ethos, modern facilities and the professional development and support for both students and staff.
This college located in Walthamstow is full of character and has a rich heritage, it is easily accessible to those who drive and has good transportation links.
The successful Exam Officer must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and organised
- Degree level education is desirable
Be responsible for:
- Managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations
- Supporting the Head of Exams and Finance in ensuring compliance with regulations
- Building relationships with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders, through strong interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
