Calling all Kitchen and catering superstars…. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a summer season for 6 weeks on the beach at a beautiful South Coast campsite - in a new pop up restaurant, 3 miles from Weymouth. Spend a summer surfing, paddle boarding swimming, sunbathing, BBQ’ing and then come to work daily from 4-10pm. If You Love Glastonbury festival we have your summer sorted for YOU!

We are looking for super passionate kitchen staff to join our team at Eweleaze Farm. Every year, Eweleaze Farm is converted into a boutique campsite overlooking Osmington bay with a private beach

The Campsite prides itself on being proudly organic and as sustainable as possible. The site has many pop up street food containers, beer tents and activities for families and is a food lovers paradise.

“BRAMLEYS BARN”- is the only fine dining restaurant on site and we are looking to build a team for this summer. Bramleys will be serving locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables from the surrounding areas.

Start date: 10th July 2023

End date :1st September 2023

We are looking for the following:

Roles available

Head Chef £15-18 p/h

Sous Chef £13-14.50p/h

Chef de partie

Commis chefs

Prep chef

Kitchen Porter

Experience is necessary for most of the roles. We will be offering fantastic hourly rates and looking for commitment for the full 6 weeks. The location is remote so transport or being local to the area would be a plus, although there is accommodation on site that consists of a Tipi tent and use of facilities could be arranged (£40p/wk).

Meals and drinks on duty and plenty of other food to buy onsite with a 50% workers discount. There is no breakfast or lunch service, but plenty of hours to prep for the evening service.
