Summary
We are looking for an Evidence Communication Intern to provide administrative support, ensure clinical evidence is effectively communicated to stakeholders and ultimately contribute to the company's purpose of Life Unlimited.
In Evidence Communications we take clinical evidence from a variety of sources and present it in an easily accessible and understandable format for our sales teams, healthcare professionals and their patients. We strive to deliver our information in engaging and varying formats including clinical summaries, infographics, white papers, slide decks, and clinical evidence compendia.
We roll out key assets to our internal and external audience, in partnership with our marketing and communications collaborators. Seeking feedback and measuring the impact of our assets is essential to our success, as we aim to deliver more impactful assets and continually improve our process and communication.
This is an entry level position that would suit a graduate or someone in the early stages of their Evidence Communication career, that would like to be part of a thriving, global organisation.

Essential Job Functions
- Working alongside other departments, as well as external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Evidence Communications team, including uploading assets to internal databases.
- Promoting assets to internal audiences and auditing and cataloguing assets for external distribution
- Collaborating with the commercial teams to ensure our services and materials are aligned to company strategy and can be adopted widely across the organisation.
- Ensure all evidence communication materials are fair and balanced, high quality, consistent and meeting the needs of the business.
- Assisting in Evidence and Focus writing and projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences or English field with creative flair and the ability to communicate clearly to both colleagues, patients and healthcare professionals. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work towards pre-planned deadlines along with excellent attention to detail.
