Job description
We are looking for a Support Worker to provide an assortment of services that help individuals live independently and promote the ageing process. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily tasks, including grocery shopping, meal prep and housework. You will prioritise the needs of the elderly - who might have cognitive impairments, either visual or physical impairment or hearing loss - and be responsible for reporting any changes in their health status to the supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and other health care services in the home environment.
- Assess, plan, and implement care for clients with chronic medical conditions.
- Provide personal care and other health care services in the home environment under direction of a registered nurse or physician.
- Provide personal care and other health care services in the home environment under direction of a registered nurse or physician.
- Provide personal care and other health care services in the home environment under direction of a registered nurse or physician.
- Assess, plan, and implement complex care for clients with chronic medical conditions.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
