  • You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision. Comfortable owning your own workload and confident holding other people accountable to their deadlines

  • Highly organised - you’ll be juggling several ongoing projects week in, week out. With each connected to paying customers, accuracy and professionalism are essential.

  • Collaborator and communicator- from your colleagues to our customers, our suppliers and event venues you’ll be working very closely with lots of people.

  • Tech-savvy - we lean on lots of different apps and while we’ll obviously onboard you on each, we’re looking for a quick learner who can show us a thing or two, too! Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable)

  • Be accepting of travel, weekend and evening work according to the event schedules
