We’re looking for an experienced events manager to deliver effective, memorable events that convert prospects into high quality, high intent sales pipeline. Events are an essential part of the marketing tactic matrix at Peppy, so this role is crucial to our continued growth within the UK market.

Life as an Events Manager at Peppy:

  • Support growth in the UK through owning and managing our end-to-end events processes at Peppy, delivering memorable experiences that convert through virtual and in-person events across hosted and sponsored channels (from webinars, flagship virtual conferences, hosted roundtable breakfasts to tradeshow exhibitions).
  • Work with our Senior Field Marketing Manager to ensure sufficient quantity of events are confirmed in any given month to achieve pipeline targets
  • Plan, execute, and manage the creation of in-person tradeshow exhibits, stands, and other required physical display items. Work with our in-house Design Team to ensure all prospect-facing events collateral is aligned with our brand and messaging
  • Work with, and submit thorough briefs to Campaigns, Content and Design Teams to ensure lead time and campaign strategies are optimised, and event attendance and ROI is maximised.
  • External stakeholder management, covering the discovery, negotiation, and settling of all sponsored event contracts
  • Liaise with sales leadership to ensure events are well attended by Peppy representatives, and ensure they are sufficiently briefed and set up for success on the day


Our dream Events Manager has:

  • 4+ years in managing a busy events calendar in a high growth B2B environment
  • Experience across both virtual and in-person events
  • Exemplary organisation and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fantastic communication and leadership skills, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across the business and externally
  • A strong analytical brain, comfortable with handling numbers and a flair for bold, creative ideas, testing new initiatives and pushing the mould
