With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events. Axel Arigato currently has 8 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Munich & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.
To support in the evolution & elevation of Axel Arigato Live, we seek someone who knows their way around a project plan. Yes, you are interested in events and fashion but your real passion comes from helping the creative teams get their sh\*t in place so we can make the coolest events have the biggest impacts on our communities across the globe.
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As our Events Coordinator, you will directly support our Global Events team and report to its manager who is also based in London. Right now, the team support events across Europe but as our global presence grows so will the event map :)
Our strengths have gotten us this far and now we need someone who is the most organized, calm in storm, likes to plan, definitely knows their way around an excel sheet to come and support + teach our crazy busy Events Team during their key deliveries so that we can have even more events to bring people together. WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Event Coordinator is a multifaceted role with a primary focus on driving event success forward by being responsible throughout key phases of event planning and post event recap. You will work directly with the Events & Special Projects Global Manager and Specialists on key market projects, supporting the team on logistics, admin, and planning, all while ensuring execution is coordinated to the highest standard.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
You should have a meticulous level of organisation, possess a sound knowledge of project management, excellent communication and attention to detail; skills are vital in this role, while being able to manage multiple events and tasks at once. We seek someone who has at least 2 years of full time work experience. A keen interest or background in events &/or fashion is a bonus.
