The Role...

Soho House White City is looking for a passionate Events Assistant to join the White City House Events team and support our three West London houses. As Events Assistant you will have the opportunity to support and create memorable events from day conferences to launch and VIP events. The ideal candidate would have passion for events, attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.


You will support White City House, Electric House and High Road House with the following...

  • Support with new enquiries
  • Assist with general office admin
  • Post / Pre event billing
  • Managing closing all events on Tripleseat
  • Handling billing, payments and chasing payments
  • Creating contracts and invoices the requirements of the Events Assistant
  • Ideally experience using Tripleseat or CRM system in order to create function sheets, log enquiries, update billing – preferred but not essential as training will be given
  • Support the Events Team with Function Sheets and the event system Tripleseat
  • Liaise with the operations team to make sure the events run smoothly
  • Support the Events Team with enquiries and pro active activities.
  • Liaise with clients & suppliers

Experience…

  • Experience in using a room booking system (ideally Opera)
  • Experience in using an event booking system (ideally Tripleseat)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in fast pace environment
  • Able to multi task
  • Passion for events
  • Experience in enquiry handling
