Events and Customer Service Assistant
SpeedDater is the leader in the UK singles events market. We are looking for a highly motivated Events and Customer Service Assistant to join our London team.
Our ideal candidate will assist with events administration and make the SpeedDater customer service experience, a positive one! You will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, ordering event materials, and working alongside our small, close-knit team. This is a remote, permanent, part-time role. Your working hours will be 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the events team with the administration of events.
- Respond to customer service messages in a responsive and positive manner
- Supporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support
- Maintaining and compiling monthly expenses
- Ensuring all branded items for events arrive in a timely manner
- Purchase and manage supplies and equipment as directed
- Additional ADHOC administrative duties
